Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency in Jira project tracking
- Proven experience documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to link technical details with business priorities to enhance customer experiences
- Organized and proactive, with strong clarity in complex system management
- Skills in conflict resolution and addressing relationship challenges
- Capacity to identify and rectify deviations from established processes
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives through the alignment of business requirements and technical execution
- Gather and document both business and technical needs for omni-channel projects
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for retail and digital systems
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project consistency and transparency
- Aid QA and UAT by writing test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback cycles
- Analyze data across systems to spot integration issues and optimization prospects
- Partner with stakeholders to refine processes for online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Work with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and additional enterprise platforms
- Utilize discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs and webinars to enhance skills and knowledge
- Provide friendly and professional support, assisting others with inquiries and concerns promptly

- Perform other assigned duties as needed
