Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies alongside Jira project management tools.
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems.
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills.
- Capable of linking technical details with business priorities to enhance end-to-end customer experiences.
- Organized, proactive, and able to clarify complexities inherent in systems.
- Skills in conflict resolution and addressing challenges in interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to identify and manage deviations from established processes.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration between systems that contribute to Rural Kings unified customer experience, including e-commerce and in-store operations.
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Write test cases and validate system functionality to support QA and UAT processes.
- Analyze data from various systems to pinpoint integration challenges and potential optimizations.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems.
- Utilize discretion and independent judgment in routine decision-making while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
- Engage actively in learning initiatives, including training programs and workshops, to refine skills and stay updated on industry developments.
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external stakeholders in handling inquiries and issues promptly.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.
