Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and proficiency in Jira project management.
- Proven background in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems.
- Familiarity with technologies such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM.
- Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities coupled with strong technical communication skills.
- Capability to connect technical details with business objectives to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Organized and proactive approach to fostering clarity within complex systems.
- Skilled at conflict resolution and managing interpersonal challenges.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business requirements to technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms.
- Ensure seamless system integration that fuels a unified customer experience across e-commerce and in-store operations.
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for retail and digital systems.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Assist with QA and UAT by crafting test cases, verifying system functionality, and coordinating feedback loops.
- Analyze data from various systems to uncover integration challenges and areas for optimization.
- Work closely with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM to ensure cohesive operations.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Engage in training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills, staying updated on the latest industry developments.
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and issues promptly.
