IT Business Analyst - Functional Solutions

- Act as a key liaison between the Finance teams, IT, and external partners to enhance and support business processes - Document business processes, identify pain points, and recommend improvements in systems and processes - Analyze and convert business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications for Oracle Fusion modules like GL, AP, and Fixed Assets - Participate in various forms of testing, including system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing - Monitor system performance, data integrity, and compliance in financial applications - Conduct workshops and discussions to gather requirements for project enhancements - Assist in configuration changes, testing, and implementation of new features within Oracle Fusion Cloud - Collaborate with developers and architects to troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis - Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes with alignment to accounting principles - Create and maintain system documentation, training guides, and process flows - Provide training and support to end users to ensure compliance with standardized business procedures - Enforce IT governance, data standards, and security policies across finance applications - Prepare system health reports and updates for leadership review - Work closely with AP, GL, and Finance teams to assure data accuracy and timely processing
