Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Finance or Accounting systems, ideally within a retail or multi-entity environment
- Practical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials, GL, AP, or related modules)
- Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial closing procedures, and AP workflows
- Proficient in business analysis, requirements documentation, and functional testing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational capabilities
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between Finance, IT, and external partners, focusing on Oracle Fusion-related initiatives
- Document business processes, identify pain points, and suggest enhancements
- Analyze and convert business needs into detailed functional specifications for Oracle Fusion modules
- Participate in end-to-end testing, including system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Monitor and assess ongoing system performance, data integrity, and compliance within financial applications
- Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and functional design discussions
- Assist in system configuration changes, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements
- Work with developers and solution architects to validate designs and troubleshoot recurring issues
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes
- Create and maintain system documentation, functional process flows, and user training materials
- Conduct end-user training to promote adherence to standardized processes
- Collaborate with AP, GL, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and timely processing
