IT Business Analyst - Functional (61919) - Camargo

- Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams to document business processes, pinpoint issues, and suggest improvements - Act as the primary contact between Finance stakeholders, IT, and Oracle AMS or implementation partners for Oracle Fusion initiatives - Analyze and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for various Oracle Fusion modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets - Engage in comprehensive testing, including system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing - Monitor ongoing system performance, data accuracy, and compliance within financial applications - Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and functional design discussions with internal teams and vendors - Support configuration changes, testing, and the rollout of new features and enhancements in Oracle Fusion Cloud and connected systems - Work alongside developers and solution architects to validate designs, resolve issues, and perform root cause analysis for recurring errors - Assist during month-end and year-end financial closing, ensuring processes align with accounting standards and timelines - Develop and maintain system documentation, functional process flows, and user training materials - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adherence to standardized business processes - Enforce IT governance, data standards, and security protocols across Finance applications - Prepare system health reports, issue summaries, and executive updates for leadership review - Coordinate with Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Finance teams to guarantee data accuracy and timely processing - Collaborate with vendors, auditors, and business units to meet integration, controls, and audit requirements - Work alongside other IT application teams to ensure seamless data flow across modules and platforms
