IT Business Analyst - Functional - Trilla

- Act as a vital link between Rural King’s Finance organization, IT, and external partners - Enhance, support, and optimize business processes and technology solutions for accounting, financial reporting, and accounts payable operations - Document business processes, identify challenges, and suggest system and process enhancements in collaboration with the Accounting, Finance, and AP teams - Serve as the main contact point between Finance stakeholders, IT teams, and Oracle AMS or implementation partners on Oracle Fusion initiatives - Translate business needs into comprehensive functional specifications for Oracle Fusion modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets - Participate in end-to-end testing, including system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing - Assess ongoing system performance, data integrity, and compliance within financial applications - Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and design discussions - Oversee configuration changes, testing, and deployment of new features and enhancements within Oracle Fusion Cloud and related systems - Collaborate with developers and solution architects to validate designs and address recurring system errors - Assist in ensuring alignment of month-end and year-end financial closing processes with accounting principles and deadlines - Create and sustain system documentation, functional process flows, and user training materials - Provide end-user training and support to ensure compliance with standardized business procedures - Enforce IT governance, data standards, and security policies across Finance applications - Prepare system performance reports, issue summaries, and executive updates
