IT Business Analyst - Functional - Shumway

- Act as a vital liaison between Rural King’s Finance department, IT, and external partners - Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams to document business processes and identify areas for improvement - Serve as the main point of contact for Finance stakeholders and IT teams regarding Oracle Fusion-related projects - Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications for various Oracle Fusion modules - Engage in end-to-end testing, including integration and user acceptance testing - Monitor and ensure ongoing application performance and compliance - Lead requirements workshops and functional design sessions with teams and vendors - Support implementation of new features and enhancements in Oracle Fusion Cloud and related systems - Travel with developers and architects to troubleshoot issues and address recurring errors - Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing, ensuring alignment with accounting principles - Create and maintain system documentation and user training materials - Provide training and support to end-users for process adoption - Assist in enforcing data governance and security policies in Finance applications - Prepare reports and updates for leadership review - Coordinate closely with Accounts Payable, GL, and Finance teams for data accuracy and timely processing - Work with vendors and auditors to support integrations and audit controls - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless data flow across modules and platforms
