IT Business Analyst - Functional - Savoy

- Act as a key liaison between the Finance organization, IT teams, and external partners focused on Oracle Fusion initiatives - Work with Accounting, Finance, and AP teams to map out business processes, identify challenges, and propose enhancements - Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Oracle Fusion modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and more - Engage in comprehensive testing activities, such as system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing - Monitor system performance, ensuring data integrity and adherence to compliance within financial applications - Facilitate requirement workshops and functional discussions among internal teams and vendors - Assist in configuring, testing, and deploying new features or integrations within Oracle Fusion Cloud and related systems - Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis for recurring system errors - Support month-end and year-end financial closing tasks, aligning system processes with accounting standards - Create and maintain documentation, process flows, and user training materials - Provide training and support to end-users to promote adherence to established business processes - Enforce IT governance, data standards, and security protocols across Finance applications - Prepare system health reports, issue summaries, and updates for leadership review - Work closely with AP, GL, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing - Collaborate with vendors, auditors, and business partners to uphold integration, control, and audit standards - Work alongside other IT application teams to ensure seamless cross-platform data integration
