IT Business Analyst - Functional - Paris

- Act as a crucial liaison between Rural Kings Finance organization, IT team, and external partners - Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and AP teams to document business processes and identify areas for improvement - Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Oracle Fusion modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management - Conduct end-to-end testing, including integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for financial applications - Monitor system performance, data integrity, and compliance to ensure optimal functioning within financial applications - Lead discovery sessions and functional design discussions with internal teams and vendors - Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of new features and enhancements in Oracle Fusion Cloud - Work with developers to verify designs and troubleshoot recurring system issues - Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting practices - Maintain system documentation, functional process flows, and user training materials - Deliver training and support to end-users for adherence to standardized business processes - Enforce IT governance, data standards, and security policies across Finance applications - Prepare health reports and summaries for leadership review - Coordinate with AP, GL, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing - Collaborate with vendors and auditors to meet integration and audit requirements - Work with IT application teams to ensure smooth data flow across platforms
