IT Business Analyst - Functional - Pana

- Serve as a key intermediary between Finance, IT, and external partners, enhancing business processes and technology solutions - Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams to document processes, identify challenges, and suggest improvements - Translate business needs into precise functional specifications for Oracle Fusion modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets - Participate in comprehensive testing, including system integration, regression, and user acceptance tests - Monitor, assess, and ensure ongoing system performance, data integrity, and compliance in financial applications - Facilitate requirements workshops and functional design discussions with internal teams and vendors - Support system configuration changes, testing, and implementations of new features within Oracle Fusion Cloud and related systems - Collaborate with developers and solution architects to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis - Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities to align system processes with accounting standards - Create and maintain documentation, functional process maps, and user training resources - Deliver training to end users for standardized process compliance - Enforce IT governance, data standards, and security policies within Finance applications - Prepare system health reports and issue summaries for leadership review - Ensure accuracy and timely processing of transactional data by coordinating closely with AP, GL, and Finance teams - Collaborate with vendors, auditors, and business partners to uphold integration, controls, and audit requirements - Work with other IT application teams to ensure seamless cross-module and cross-platform data flow
