IT Business Analyst - Functional - Loogootee

- Act as the primary liaison between Finance teams, IT, and external partners for Oracle Fusion-related projects - Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and AP teams to document business processes, identify issues, and suggest improvements - Analyze business requirements and create detailed functional specifications for Oracle Fusion modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets - Lead end-to-end testing processes, including system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing - Evaluate ongoing system performance, data integrity, and compliance within financial applications - Conduct discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and functional design discussions with internal teams and vendors - Support configuration changes, testing, and deployment of new features and integrations within Oracle Fusion Cloud and related systems - Work with developers to validate designs, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis for recurring problems - Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes to ensure alignment with accounting principles - Develop and maintain system documentation, functional process flows, and user training guides - Provide end-user training to ensure compliance with standardized business processes - Prepare system health reports and executive updates for management review - Collaborate with AP, GL, and Finance teams to guarantee transactional data accuracy and timely processing - Liaise with vendors, auditors, and business partners to meet audit requirements and support integrations - Coordinate with other IT application teams to ensure smooth data flow across modules and platforms
