IT Business Analyst - Functional - Lakewood

- Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams to document processes and identify areas for improvement - Act as the main liaison between Finance stakeholders, IT teams, and Oracle AMS or implementation partners for Oracle Fusion-related projects - Analyze and convert business requirements into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets - Engage in end-to-end testing, including system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing - Monitor ongoing system performance, ensuring data integrity and compliance within financial applications - Lead discovery sessions and functional design discussions with internal teams and vendors - Support configuration changes and the deployment of new features, integrations, or enhancements within Oracle Fusion Cloud and related systems - Work closely with developers and solution architects to troubleshoot issues and analyze the root causes of recurrent system errors - Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring alignment with accounting principles - Create and maintain system documentation, functional process flows, and user training materials - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure compliance with standardized business processes - Enforce IT governance, data standards, and security policies across Finance applications - Prepare reports on system health, issue summaries, and updates for leadership
