Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years supporting Finance or Accounting systems, ideally in a retail or multi-entity context
- Proficient with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials, GL, AP, or related modules)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial closing procedures, and AP workflows
- Experience in business analysis, requirements documentation, and functional testing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Physical ability to sit or stand for long durations, lift up to 15 pounds, and navigate across facilities
- Close visual acuity for tasks requiring detailed observation
Responsibilities
- Act as a critical liaison between our Finance organization, IT, and external partners
- Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and AP teams to document and improve business processes
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Oracle Fusion modules
- Participate in comprehensive testing, including system integration and user acceptance testing
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and compliance within financial applications
- Lead requirement workshops and functional design discussions with internal teams and vendors
- Support configuration changes and deployments of new features in Oracle Fusion Cloud and connected systems
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis for recurring errors
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes to align system processes with accounting standards
- Develop training materials and documentation for users, and provide end-user training and support
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, data standards, and security policies across Finance applications
- Prepare system health reports and executive updates for leadership
