IT Business Analyst - Functional - Jewett

- Function as a primary liaison between the Finance organization, IT teams, and external partners - Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and AP teams to document business processes, identify challenges, and propose enhancements - Analyze and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Oracle Fusion modules - Participate in comprehensive testing, including system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing - Monitor and assess ongoing system performance, data integrity, and compliance within financial applications - Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and functional design discussions - Support configuration alterations, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements in Oracle Fusion Cloud - Collaborate with developers and solution architects to troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis - Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes to ensure alignment with accounting principles - Develop and maintain system documentation, functional process flows, and user training materials - Deliver end-user training and support to promote adherence to standardized business processes - Prepare system health reports, issue summaries, and executive updates for leadership review - Work in close coordination with AP, GL, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and timely processing - Collaborate with vendors, auditors, and business partners to meet audit requirements and support integrations - Work with other IT application teams to ensure a seamless flow of data across different modules and platforms
