IT Business Analyst - Functional - Farina

- Function as a vital liaison between Rural Kings Finance organization, IT, and external partners - Partner with Accounting, Finance, and AP teams to document business processes, recognize challenges, and propose system and process enhancements - Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance stakeholders, IT teams, and Oracle AMS regarding Oracle Fusion-related initiatives - Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed functional specifications for modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and more - Participate in comprehensive testing, including system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing - Monitor ongoing system performance, data integrity, and compliance across financial applications - Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and functional design discussions with internal teams and vendors - Support configuration changes, testing, and deployment of new features within Oracle Fusion Cloud and related systems - Collaborate with developers to validate designs, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis of recurring errors - Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes to ensure alignment with accounting principles and timelines - Develop and maintain system documentation, functional process flows, and user training guides - Conduct end-user training and support to encourage adoption of standardized business processes - Enforce IT governance, data standards, and security policies across Finance applications - Prepare system health reports, issue summaries, and executive updates for leadership review - Coordinate closely with AP, GL, and Finance teams to ensure accuracy in transactional data and prompt processing - Collaborate with vendors, auditors, and business partners to support integrations and compliance requirements - Work with other IT application teams to ensure seamless data flow across modules and platforms
