IT Business Analyst - Functional - Elwin

- Serve as a key liaison among the Finance organization, IT, and external partners to enhance business processes - Document business processes and identify areas for improvement in collaboration with Accounting, Finance, and AP teams - Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Oracle Fusion modules - Participate in end-to-end testing, including system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing - Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and compliance within financial applications - Lead discovery sessions and functional design discussions with internal teams and vendors - Support configuration changes, testing, and deployment of new features within Oracle Fusion Cloud and related systems - Collaborate with developers and solution architects to troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis - Aid in year-end and month-end financial closing processes, ensuring alignment with accounting principles - Create and maintain system documentation and user training guides - Conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate the adoption of standardized business processes - Enforce IT governance, data standards, and security policies across Finance applications - Prepare system performance reports and summaries for leadership review - Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate transactional data and timely processing
