IT Business Analyst - Functional - Dalton City

- Act as the key liaison between Accounting, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams to document business processes and suggest enhancements - Collaborate with Finance stakeholders, IT teams, and Oracle AMS for Oracle Fusion-related projects - Analyze business needs and convert them into detailed specifications for Oracle Fusion modules - Participate in all phases of project testing, including system integration, regression, and user acceptance tests - Assess ongoing system performance, data integrity, and conformity in financial applications - Lead discussions on requirements and functional design with internal teams and vendors - Assist in the configuration, testing, and rollout of new features and enhancements in Oracle Fusion Cloud and related systems - Work alongside developers and solution architects to validate designs and troubleshoot issues - Support month-end and year-end financial processes, ensuring systems align with accounting timelines - Create and sustain system documentation, process flows, and user training materials - Deliver training to end-users and ensure compliance with standardized processes - Enforce IT governance, data standards, and security policies across Finance applications - Provide system health reports and updates to leadership - Collaborate with AP, GL, and Finance teams to maintain data accuracy and processing efficiency - Engage with external partners, auditors, and vendors to assist in integrations and audit requirements - Work with IT application teams to facilitate smooth data flow across modules and platforms
