IT Business Analyst - Functional - Camargo

- Serve as a key liaison between the Finance division, IT department, and external partners to enhance business processes - Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams to document workflows, diagnose issues, and propose system improvements - Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets - Engage in comprehensive testing, covering system integration, regression, and user acceptance - Oversee and assess ongoing system performance, data integrity, and compliance within financial applications - Lead requirements workshops and functional design discussions with internal stakeholders and vendors - Support configuration updates, testing, and launch of new features and integrations in Oracle Fusion Cloud and associated systems - Partner with developers and solution architects to verify designs, troubleshoot problems, and analyze recurring system errors - Assist in the month-end and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring alignment with accounting standards and timelines - Create and maintain system documentation, functional process flows, and user training materials - Conduct end-user training sessions to facilitate compliance with standardized business practices - Enforce IT governance, data standards, and security policies within Finance applications - Prepare health reports, issue summaries, and executive updates for leadership insights - Work closely with Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Finance teams to guarantee accuracy in transactional data and timely processing - Collaborate with vendors, auditors, and business partners to meet integration, controls, and audit needs - Coordinate with other IT application teams to ensure efficient cross-module and cross-platform data flow
