IT Business Analyst - Functional - Brocton

- Act as a vital liaison among Rural Kings Finance organization, IT, and external partners - Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams to document processes, identify challenges, and suggest improvements - Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for Oracle Fusion modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets - Engage in comprehensive testing processes, such as system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing - Monitor system performance, ensuring data integrity and compliance in financial applications - Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and design discussions with internal teams and vendors - Assist with configuration changes, testing, and implementation of new functionalities and enhancements within Oracle Fusion Cloud and connected systems - Work alongside developers and solution architects to validate designs and troubleshoot recurring issues - Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring alignment with accounting principles - Create and maintain system documentation, functional process flows, and user training materials - Provide end-user training and support for adoption and compliance with standardized processes - Assist in enforcing IT governance, data standards, and security policies within Finance applications - Prepare reports on system health, issue summaries, and updates for leadership review - Ensure accuracy and timely processing of transactional data by coordinating with AP, GL, and Finance teams - Collaborate with vendors, auditors, and business partners for integrations, controls, and audit needs - Work with other IT application teams to facilitate cross-module and platform data flow
