IT Business Analyst - Functional - Boody

- Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and AP teams to document and analyze business processes, identifying areas for improvement. - Act as the central liaison among Finance stakeholders, IT teams, and Oracle AMS or implementation partners for Oracle Fusion projects. - Analyze and convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Oracle Fusion modules such as GL, AP, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets. - Participate in comprehensive testing phases, including system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. - Monitor ongoing system performance, ensuring data integrity and compliance within financial applications. - Lead requirements workshops and functional design discussions with both internal teams and vendors. - Assist in configuration changes, testing, and deploying enhancements within Oracle Fusion Cloud and linked systems. - Collaborate with developers and architects to validate designs, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis for recurring system errors. - Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring alignment with accounting standards and timelines. - Develop system documentation, process flows, and user training materials. - Deliver end-user training to support adoption and standardization of business processes. - Enforce IT governance, data standards, and security policies across Finance applications. - Prepare system health reports and executive updates for leadership.
