IT Business Analyst - Functional - Arcola

- Act as a primary liaison between the Finance organization, IT teams, and external partners for Oracle Fusion-related initiatives - Document business processes, identify challenges, and recommend improvements in collaboration with Accounting, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams - Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications for Oracle Fusion modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management - Participate in comprehensive testing phases, including user acceptance and integration testing - Monitor system performance, ensuring data integrity and compliance with financial applications - Lead discovery sessions and requirements workshops to articulate functional design with internal teams and vendors - Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements in Oracle Fusion Cloud - Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis for recurring system errors - Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities, aligning system processes with accounting principles - Create and maintain system documentation and user training guides - Conduct user training to promote adherence to standardized business processes - Enforce IT governance, data standards, and security policies within Finance applications - Prepare system health reports and executive updates for leadership
