Responsibilities
- Define comprehensive governance workflows including risk identification and intake
- Conduct risk review and validation processes
- Oversee risk acceptance, mitigation, or transfer strategies
- Maintain ongoing monitoring and periodic reassessments of risks
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities for risk owners and governing bodies
- Design processes for escalation and reporting of high-risk and accepted risks
- Collaborate with key stakeholders from business, technology, security, and governance to validate risk requirements and workflows
- Facilitate workshops aimed at promoting understanding of the risk register and governance methods
- Aid in onboarding initial risks into the enterprise risk register
- Generate detailed and audit-ready documentation covering risk management frameworks
