Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced data science.
- Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade autonomous agents.
- Strong background in context engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT.
- Experience in implementing RAG architectures with vector databases.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries, including OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Azure AI.
- Demonstrated experience in integrating large language models (LLMs) via APIs with knowledge of AI governance and model lifecycle management.
- Capability to implement and extend the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure, standardized access to local and remote data sources, along with implementing AI guardrails and content filtering.
- Understanding of data privacy and handling sensitive information (PII/PHI).
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in creating multi-agent or autonomous workflows.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience optimizing LLM cost, token usage, and performance.
- Preferred: Familiarity with enterprise AI deployment patterns and scalability considerations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research, design, develop, and manage software applications.
- Test and assess new software programs.
- Collaborate closely with fellow developers, UX designers, and business/system analysts.
- Design and develop AI-driven solutions, focusing on autonomous workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to improve productivity and automate processes.
- Support intelligent decision-making while ensuring governance, security, and cost efficiency.
