Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience with at least one production agentic or AI-integrated system that can be discussed in detail
- Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying autonomous or semi-autonomous LLM-powered workflows
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+)
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of database management using PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM
- Capability to think critically about product development and user experience
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and their verification processes
- (Optional) Experience or willingness to learn QuickBase for legacy data integration
Responsibilities
- Design and architect autonomous, LLM-driven workflows to enhance operational efficiency at RCI
- Develop and implement tool-calling agents utilizing Claude Code, OpenRouter, Mastra AI, and Vercel AI SDK
- Integrate agentic systems with internal platforms like Cortex, RCI Service Now, and QuickBase
- Build and maintain automation pipelines triggered by business events using GitHub and event-driven architectures
- Actively participate in identifying and prioritizing automation opportunities and lead AI strategies at RCI
- Uphold code quality and lifecycle discipline including strict typing, test coverage, and deployment standards
- Translate business processes and challenges into clear technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent precision, reliability, and business influence, and implement improvements based on performance data
