- Provide commercial customer support for Rose Point ECS and ECS Services, and Nemo Gateway via telephone and remote connections
- Offer recreational customer support for Coastal Explorer and Nemo Gateway through phone and remote access to client systems
Description
We are Rose Point Navigation Systems, a leader in electronic marine navigation, recognized for our innovative products like Rose Point ECS and Coastal Explorer. Our dedicated team takes pride in delivering exceptional customer support. This full-time position requires in-person training at our Redmond office and potentially at our Paducah location.
