Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering preferred or equivalent 4 years of professional IT experience
- Over 5 years of technical expertise in Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering Cloud Architectures focused on deployments and operations
- Proven experience with cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code practices, preferably using Terraform
- Background in operating systems administration or leading development in microservice teams
- Experience with container-based deployments and Docker
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python or Bash
- Knowledge of Agile team processes and work environments
- Understanding of REST Web Services and data formats like JSON/XML
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Cloud infrastructure based on application architecture
- Assess cloud integration requirements and design supporting infrastructure
- Set up development, integration, and production cloud environments using Terraform
- Recommend measures to optimize cloud costs and reduce consumption
- Manage release activities and resolve issues during deployments
- Collaborate with cloud engineers to troubleshoot and fix deployment issues
- Communicate with secure authentication teams to meet application needs
- Set up and configure cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate on network-related aspects for cloud application integration
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration
- Deploy new application versions to the cloud
- Co-develop migration plans for transferring applications from on-premises to cloud environments
