Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting is essential
- At least one year of experience in finance or accounting-related roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel
- A natural curiosity towards research development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal capabilities
- Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to reason and solve problems independently
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision while collaborating within a team
- Outstanding multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Capacity to handle confidential information with integrity
- (Preferred) Over one year of experience in financial, business, or operational analysis
- (Preferred) Fundamental knowledge of SQL writing
- (Preferred) Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, Cognos, Tableau, etc.
Responsibilities
- Prepare precise and timely internal analyses tailored to current requirements
- Create analyses, metrics, and reports to offer valuable insights to the accounting team and senior management across various departments
- Actively participate in initiatives that necessitate analytical support
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective communication regarding project needs and information gathering
- Identify trends and propose actionable recommendations based on thorough analysis
- Pursue opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills pertaining to analytical methodologies, data set understanding, insight generation, and effective communication
- Assist the manager and accounting team with financial inquiries and special projects
