Must:

- Manage data and reporting utilizing PostgreSQL databases.
- Implement Agile methodologies to ensure timely execution of CRM projects.
- Develop Shell scripts to automate routine tasks within the CRM framework.
- Train and provide support to team members on CRM best practices.
