Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with 7+ years of relevant experience in Test and Measurement/IT
- Bachelors degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with 5+ years of relevant experience in Test and Measurement/IT
- Masters degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience in Test and Measurement/IT
- PhD in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering
- If no degree, 9+ years of relevant experience in Test and Measurement/IT
- Must be a U.S. Citizen for eligibility
Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth knowledge of Test & Measurement IT systems and solutions while collaborating with the Manufacturing Solution Delivery Team
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with solution components through system configuration
- Assess the technical feasibility and application of best practices in Solution Development
- Handle complex tier 3 user support during business-as-usual operations
- Gain a thorough understanding of industry-specific solution families along with their business requirements and interfaces with the Operations community
- Advise on relevant trends impacting specific business processes or solutions
- Be prepared to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time
