Requirements
Must:
- Authorization to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship is required.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field with 5 years of product management experience focused on digital platforms and user experience; or 9 years of product management experience in similar areas.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20%, possibly on short notice).
- Proven success in managing technical projects including budget management and timely delivery.
- Experience as a digital product owner for Web and Mobile applications, with proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
- Strong background in enhancing user experience and promoting platform adoption.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies and platform development processes.
- Ability to align platform features with strategic business goals.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centric design approach.
- Proficiency in German for both verbal and written communication is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of the customer and partner engagement platform, ensuring it effectively supports business objectives.
- Develop a clear product vision and manage the program backlog and release planning.
- Transform the product backlog into detailed user stories and iterations for the implementation teams.
- Foster platform adoption and engagement by ensuring an exceptional user experience in line with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platform features meet business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for platform initiatives.
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth development and successful platform rollout.
- Continuously evaluate platform performance and make enhancements to improve user engagement and experience.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles to ensure the platform addresses the needs of customers and partners.
- Support growth initiatives by utilizing the platform to improve self-service functionalities and operational effectiveness.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance in responsibilities, embodying the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct.
- Undertake special assignments as needed.
