As an AI Software Developer at AfterSell by Rokt, you will need to embody several qualities and skills:
- You will own features end-to-end across our core products—AfterSell and UpCart, contributing to our AOV boosting platform.
- You must be capable of building full-stack features from idea to implementation.
- Making architecture and design decisions that last will be part of your responsibilities.
- Collaboration with non-engineering departments and sometimes directly with clients will be essential.
- You will review code, mentor teammates, and lead projects to their desired outcomes.
