Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience in software development and delivery, creating digital technology roadmaps across various solutions
- More than 5 years of experience with Oracle cloud P2P modules, including expertise in Procurement, Inventory, Cost Accounting, Data integrations, SQL, PL/SQL
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Integration, SaaS, PaaS solutions, as well as other bolt-on integrations and BI analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain functional capabilities, industry trends, and Product Master Data Management is highly desirable
- Working knowledge of Jump, RF Smart, and Oracle Mobile Inventory is a plus
- Thorough understanding of Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning techniques, particularly in analyzing large data sets for trend detection and anomaly identification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and PowerPoint for documentation
- Experience collaborating effectively with Developers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers across various organizational levels
- Ability to conduct design reviews involving multiple stakeholders and articulate end-to-end requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Strong influence management abilities, fostering trusted partnerships with both technical and non-technical team members
Responsibilities
- Serve as an Oracle Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert, driving roadmaps for innovative, end-to-end business solutions across the IT organization
- Supervise key areas including Sourcing, Supply Planning, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain procure-to-pay processes
- Comprehend Procure to Pay flows and integrations throughout the Value Chain to promote standardization
- Collaborate with solution architects across multiple domains to establish IT architectural guidelines and standards, ensuring compliance and proper documentation management
- Produce analytics and reports for management to support data-driven decisions
- Act as an escalation point for resolving complex functional and technical challenges
- Maintain a deep understanding of how businesses, data, processes, and supporting technologies interconnect within the organization
- Remain informed about industry trends, identifying opportunities for growth, improvement, and development
- Promote architecture best practices and guiding principles within the broader IT organization to achieve enterprise architecture objectives
