Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) - Proficiency in Cisco Voice Portal (CVP) and VXML scripting - Familiarity with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) is advantageous - Experience with Virtualized Voice Browser (VVB) is preferred - Understanding of Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) - Knowledge of Cisco Cloud Contact Center is a plus as we plan to transition to a cloud setting soon - Bachelors degree is required - CCNP certification (Cisco Certified Network Professional) is necessary - Strong knowledge of Cisco systems including Cisco Communications Manager 12.6+, Cisco Unity Connection, and UCCE 12.6+ - Intermediate understanding of Cisco Webex Teams, SIP, H.323, and network concepts - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences - Experience in voice and data circuit provisioning and troubleshooting, and familiarity with various IT technologies

Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation, design, and maintenance of the RMPDS Telecommunication platform - Collaborate with Project Managers to execute scalable telecommunication solutions - Monitor and analyze the voice network to ensure reliability and efficiency - Troubleshoot telecommunications software and hardware issues swiftly - Automate established processes for improved efficiency in task execution - Maintain and update documentation related to telecommunication systems - Ensure maximum availability of the RMPDS voice network through system checks - Assist in designing and testing Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) - Coordinate activities of Telecommunications staff and vendors to enhance system availability - Develop and enforce network security strategies and perform periodic audits - Provide administration for PBX and undertake installation/maintenance tasks - Ensure accurate and current documentation for necessary telecommunications policies - Deliver high-level support to critical clients and provide user training
