Responsibilities
- Provide support to patients by managing check-in and check-out processes; assist patients and their families with inquiries about unit operations
- Ensure smooth unit management by preparing daily assignments, maintaining nurse locators, and updating patient room boards; collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Leader to coordinate patient activities
- Manage medical records by processing physician orders and maintaining both electronic and paper documentation
Description

As a Patient Service Representative in our General Surgery department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly while offering outstanding customer service to patients and families. This full-time position requires working 37.5 hours a week with shifts from 7 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm, including every other weekend.
