Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated expertise in Figma design tool
- Strong understanding of auto layout utilization
- Proficient in managing components and their efficient application
- Ability to distinguish between component variants and variables
- Experience in organizing clean and understandable file structures
- Knowledge of variables and modes for effective design implementation
- Skills in planning and mapping out variable relationships for ease of use
- Capable of producing synthetic assets from Figma prototypes
- Advanced proficiency in video editing software such as After Effects and iMovie
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support for the Wealth Management segment through iterative design improvements
- Collaborate with the relationship manager team and client executives to develop engaging videos and narrative content for change management
- Explore and identify new features in collaboration with PLUX strategy and research teams for future prototype rollouts
- Enhance existing prototypes and introduce new functionality, such as in-page tutorials and updated UI patterns
- Conduct development handoff of current or new components and features
- Contribute to the Secure Site team by delivering component-level or page-level designs, with willingness to undergo necessary training and participate in related ceremonies
