Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise in UX design with a robust portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or comparable software.
- Strong grasp of user research methods and usability testing techniques.
- Capable of creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that clearly convey design concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
- 10 years of experience in UI/UX design with a significant focus on user experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to extract insights that guide design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively represent design ideas.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and fellow designers, to craft cohesive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Establish and uphold design standards and guidelines to maintain consistency across our products.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to enhance our design processes.
- Present design concepts and justifications to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into the design iteration.
- Mentor junior designers and support the overall development of the design team.
