Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, showcased through a relevant portfolio
- Strong ability to conduct user research to grasp needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Proficient in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to test and visualize design concepts
- Expertise in visual design principles, including color theory and typography, while following accessibility standards
- Skilled in conducting user and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback
- Degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Digital Media, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in regulated sectors, particularly in financial services, and familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and fundamental front-end development concepts
- Experience with ethical design practices, mindful of privacy and security in digital products
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to launch or improve products and features
- Conduct user research to inform and guide design decisions
- Develop wireframes and prototypes for testing user interaction and visual appeal
- Ensure designs are visually appealing and functional by applying design principles and accessibility guidelines
- Perform user testing to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of design solutions
- Make iterative changes based on testing feedback to optimize user experience
- Stay informed about design trends and technologies to continuously improve our design practices
