Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficient in using Prototyping Designer tools
- Strong understanding of N-tier architecture and coding standards
- Experience working within agile development environments

Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders, business users, and engineering teams to gather and project UI requirements
- Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user-centric designs for complex business processes
- Participate in all stages of product development from discovery to user interface design
- Test and iterate product concepts based on user feedback and insights
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to brainstorm design solutions
- Develop a Design System Library for efficient reusability
- Facilitate a smooth UI handoff to the development team
- Ensure compliance with best practices and security requirements in UI/UX designs
- Work closely with backend developers for effective integration of front-end components
- Participate in backlog grooming sessions and agile ceremonies
- Lead discussions and facilitate creative sessions among diverse stakeholders
- Manage large design initiatives while prioritizing competing objectives
- Conduct technical guidance and mentoring for other team members
