Requirements

- Skilled in issue identification, assessment, tracking, and risk mitigation
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience partnering with industry vendors on implementation strategies and roadmaps
- Ability to effectively communicate project updates and issues to senior leadership
- Strong monitoring and process optimization abilities across teams
- Competence in analyzing metrics and seeking improved visibility mechanisms
Responsibilities
- Manage technical project initiatives from conception through to successful completion
- Build and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders
- Continuously focus on enhancing customer experience and refining delivery workflows
- Tackle obstacles by coordinating efforts across diverse scrum teams
- Liaise with external technology providers and clients to ensure project alignment
- Support engineering and operational teams by clarifying business and technical specifications
- Collaborate with software design engineers and TPMs to identify and simplify complex design challenges
- Aid clients and engineering teams in making informed trade-off choices
- Monitor and resolve any issues that may hinder project progress
- Keep track of risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare necessary project documentation as the need arises
- Partner with vendors to formulate implementation plans and identify growth opportunities in development speed
- Report project statuses and issues accurately to senior leadership and escalate as necessary
- Oversee project progress, anticipate potential bottlenecks, and manage escalations
- Regularly review project metrics and seek to enhance data visibility in line with organizational goals
