Requirements
Must:
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Proficiency in modern UI components, React, TypeScript, and Fluent UI
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integrations and collaboration tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot SharePoint applications and components
- Experience with Microsoft Teams app development using Teams SDK and Adaptive Cards
- Understanding of secure authentication and authorization methods including Microsoft Graph API and Azure AD
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders
- Capacity to provide end-user training and produce clear documentation
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred

- Design, develop, and tailor SharePoint solutions utilizing SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and related technologies

- Implement robust security measures for authentication and authorization in SharePoint environments
- Diagnose and resolve challenges associated with SharePoint applications, SPFx components, and Microsoft Teams/Graph integrations
- Ensure ongoing performance, scalability, and security of SharePoint environments
- Deliver training sessions, documentation, and best practices for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 usage
