Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in designing and customizing solutions using Power Apps
- Familiarity with Power Platform integration with various systems and services
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and their application
- Understanding of data visualization techniques and report creation
- Experience with SharePoint Online
- Proficient in SQL Server, Azure SQL, or similar relational databases
- Awareness of the Agile software testing lifecycle, from initial testing to production deployment
- Solid grasp of software development methodologies and processes
- Strong ability to identify, document, and develop functionality that aligns with customer value streams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills suited to a fast-paced software development environment
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Quick learner capable of adapting to new technologies effectively

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement solutions utilizing Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Integrate and build solutions with SharePoint Online and Azure
- Create flows and automation using Power Automate to boost organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop intuitive interfaces and forms in Power Apps to streamline business processes
- Craft engaging and informative dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Collaborate with team members to define, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Work closely with end users, stakeholders, and management to define and construct reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools
- Assist in the creation of process, technical architecture, design, and user documentation
- Support the design of roadmaps for Power Platform and SharePoint Online
- Participate in developing IT-related technical process reviews, post-mortems, and continuous improvement initiatives for both internal teams and external customers/stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical staff to establish implementation and process best practices
- Provide estimates on the effort needed to develop Power Platform solutions
