Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in developing modern web user interfaces using Angular or React (or both)
- Proficiency in TypeScript, especially for Angular/React projects
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3/SASS/LESS, Bootstrap, and crafting responsive design systems
- Familiarity with Angular state management tools (RxJS, NgRx) and modern development tools (Webpack or Vite, npm or Yarn) for scalable front-end applications
- Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and theming strategies
- Experience with RESTful APIs and front-end integration methods
- Competence in version control with Git and CI/CD processes
- Proficient problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities for a collaborative work environment
- Portfolio or working samples showcasing UI design, component creation, and responsive interfaces
- A solid understanding of UX principles and inclusive design standards for creating exceptional, accessible user experiences
- Knowledge of CSS-in-JS libraries (Styled Components, Emotion) or CSS Modules is a plus
- Experience with Angular Material, React Material-UI, or similar design system tools is beneficial
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Testing Library) and end-to-end testing tools (Cypress, Playwright)
- Previous involvement in developing or contributing to a design system is desirable
- Basic knowledge of back-end concepts and service layer integration
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement modern web user interfaces with Angular or React
- Write clean and maintainable code using TypeScript
- Utilize HTML5, CSS3/SASS/LESS, and Bootstrap to build responsive design systems
- Apply Angular state management solutions and relevant tools for scalable front-end applications
- Collaborate with designers to implement design systems and component libraries
- Integrate RESTful APIs with front-end components
- Manage version control using Git and oversee CI/CD procedures
- Engage in problem-solving tasks and communicate effectively within a team setting
- Maintain an updated portfolio of UI designs and responsive interfaces
- Advocate for UX best practices and inclusive design approaches to enhance user experiences
- Experiment with CSS-in-JS libraries or CSS Modules as required
- Utilize Angular Material and React Material-UI in project development as necessary
- Conduct unit and end-to-end testing to ensure code quality
- Contribute towards the growth of a design system when applicable
- Collaborate with back-end teams on service layer integration
- Participate in Agile workflows, adapting to Scrum or Kanban frameworks as needed
