Requirements
Must:
- 7 years of experience in Salesforce declarative environment (Flows, Validation, Process Builder)
- 7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, layouts, security)
- 5 years of experience using OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors)
- 7 years of experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk API)
- 5 years of experience with Metadata API (highly desired)
- 5 years of Agile development experience
- 7 years of ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 7 years of experience in requirements documentation and functional specifications
- 7 years of experience with vendor/partner integration strategy evaluation
- 7 years of experience in solution design and coding to specification
- 7 years of experience in system landscape definition and gap analysis
- 7 years of ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to clients
- 7 years of experience in testing strategy and execution
- 7 years of experience in deployment and implementation execution
- Experience in Salesforce dashboards and reports (5 years)
- 5 years of experience retrieving data from Oracle databases
- 3 years of experience in the Public Sector Foundation (desired)
- Required certification as a Salesforce Developer or Admin
- 5 years of experience in Java / J2EE / Struts / JSP / JavaScript (desired)
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of Salesforce with external systems and support enhancements
- Design, develop, and implement solutions in Salesforce utilizing OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors)
- Configure and customize Salesforce features to align with program office requirements
- Develop integrations employing Salesforce Web Services APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk API) and Metadata API
- Create insightful dashboards and reports in Salesforce to support decision-making at various levels
- Extract and manage data from Oracle databases to integrate with external systems
- Transform business requirements into functional and technical specifications, providing effective solutions
- Facilitate design sessions, present design alternatives, and maintain stakeholder alignment
- Define and implement testing strategies ensuring adherence to security and performance standards
- Accurately execute deployments into production environments
- Collaborate within an Agile team, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups
- Mentor junior developers, offering guidance on best practices in Salesforce and OmniStudio
- Build and launch FlexCards, OmniScripts, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures to improve program office processes
- Ensure ongoing system support and development, addressing bugs and maintaining stable integrations with external systems
- Exemplify leadership as a senior Salesforce developer, promoting best practices in OmniStudio and Salesforce development.
