Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Over 5 years of progressive experience as an IAM Engineer, with a strong background in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions that support M&A integration projects. - Proficient in directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP. - Extensive knowledge of authentication standards and technologies like SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM). - Hands-on experience with leading IAM platforms including Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, and SailPoint. - Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell and Python for automation and integration purposes. - Strong grasp of security principles, risk management, and access control models such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). - Understanding of DevOps practices and familiarity with Zero Trust architecture principles. - Awareness of AI/ML concepts and their applications in security and risk management, particularly within IAM context. - Proven experience managing complex integration projects and assessing IAM capabilities of acquired entities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholders. - Detail-oriented to ensure accurate access control configurations and compliance. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities for troubleshooting access issues and designing tailored solutions. - Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of projects, ensuring the security and operational integrity of the IAM platform. - Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic M&A environment. - Adaptable to keep pace with evolving IAM technologies and security threats.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the IAM Lead and other business partners to plan, design, and execute IAM integration strategies for M&A activities, ensuring alignment with business and security goals. - Assess IAM landscapes of merging entities to identify challenges and propose solutions. - Manage the integration process of various identity providers, user directories, and access management systems into the existing infrastructure. - Streamline and automate user lifecycle management processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews for employees, contractors, and partners throughout M&A transitions. - Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, PAM, and RBAC frameworks. - Lead the integration of various enterprise applications with the core IAM infrastructure, ensuring secure authentication and user management. - Ensure compliance of IAM systems and processes with regulatory requirements and internal security policies while protecting against data breaches. - Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management issues, offering expert support to internal teams and users during and after integration. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Information Security, IT Operations, HR, and Application Development, to ensure effective IAM implementation. - Communicate complex security principles to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams and operational procedures while staying updated with IAM best practices and regulations.
