Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering
- Proven track record of delivering impactful AI solutions
- Expertise in AI Application and Infrastructure Optimization focusing on capacity, performance, and cost
- Strong background in optimizing architectures with an emphasis on data security, privacy, application reliability, infrastructure scalability, and cost-efficiency
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable AI solutions for large-scale, distributed data
- Proficient in OCI Performance Tuning for AI/ML and Generative AI workloads
- Skilled in hyperparameter tuning and performance optimization for AI/ML and Generative AI models
- Knowledge of AI Lifecycle Management including robust AI pipelines for model versioning, testing, and deployment
- Experience with CI/CD best practices for seamless integration into production environments
- Full stack development experience in Java, .Net, React, Node.js, Flask/Django, and REST APIs
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Experience in exploratory data analysis, data engineering, and creating data pipelines for large datasets
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like OCI and Azure, as well as containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or product-oriented role
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver impactful machine learning and data science solutions
- Optimize AI applications and infrastructure for enhanced capacity, performance, and cost-efficiency
- Design scalable AI and Data Science solutions for large and distributed datasets
- Conduct performance tuning for AI and ML workloads ensuring optimal resource utilization
- Maintain integrity of AI pipelines, including model versioning and deployment
- Collaborate with teams to implement CI/CD practices for easier integration in production
- Engage in full stack development as required for scalable applications
- Analyze data and create efficient data pipelines for extensive datasets
- Utilize cloud platforms and containerization technologies effectively
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage project initiatives
