Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Insights Delivery, Reporting, Dashboarding, and Data Visualization
- Experience with SAS, Tableau, SQL, and Python
- Strong understanding of domain knowledge and insights generation methodologies
- Ability to create templates/assets and identify optimization opportunities
- Skilled in using SQL for data discovery prior to reporting and visualization
- Experience in Data Analysis and Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
Responsibilities
- Participate in discussions with cross-functional teams to comprehend and collaborate on business objectives
- Utilize intermediate to advanced analytical and technical skills to solve medium to large-scale business problems
- Apply innovative and scientific/quantitative methods to derive conclusions and make actionable recommendations
- Develop communication materials to effectively present findings to colleagues and management
- Use visualization techniques to clarify complex analyses for less technical audiences
- Identify and collect relevant data sources to address business problems effectively
- Integrate various data sources and apply suitable data hygiene techniques
- Document assumptions, methodologies, validations, and testing processes for compliance
- Stay updated on emerging technologies impacting analytical methodologies
- Present analyses and findings to influence business strategy and decisions
- Ensure proper identification and management of risks in accordance with compliance policies
