Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and advanced mathematics
- Over 10 years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or science within the Databricks ecosystem (preferably Azure)
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrating proficiency in applying statistical methods for data analysis, segmentation, and visualization, particularly in experimental design, KPI calculation, and A/B testing
- At least 4 years of experience working with large datasets using Python, PySpark, or SQL
- Extensive expertise in data visualization tools such as Python libraries or PowerBI
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Masters degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
- Preferred: Experience with machine learning model evaluation, observability, and performance monitoring
- Preferred: Ability to collaborate closely with business teams to identify primary KPIs in complex scenarios
Responsibilities
- Analyze and visualize data to gain critical insights for enhancing our machine learning models and algorithms
- Keep abreast of new technologies and continuously learn various tools and frameworks
- Collaborate with colleagues across different disciplines, including computer vision, machine learning, and systems architecture
- Deliver high-quality research and innovative engineering solutions within established timelines
- Design, prototype, and build analyses and visualizations for our machine learning pipeline
