Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience managing administrative tasks for the ETL tool (Ab Initio)
- Proven experience leading migration or infrastructure build projects independently
- Advanced understanding of Ab Initio GDE, Metadata Hub, and Operational Console
- Proficient with Ab Initio, AWS EKS, S3, DynamoDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, RDS, and DB2
- Extensive experience with UNIX (AIX or Linux) and related scripting
- Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD Pipeline), especially using Jenkins
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Familiarity with the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Capability to troubleshoot mid-tier/infrastructure challenges
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute all administrative functions concerning the Ab Initio ETL tool
- Lead the project for migrating Ab Initio infrastructure to the cloud, specifically targeting AWS with EKS containerization
- Construct Big Data ETL pipelines transitioning from on-premises to cloud storage like S3 or EBS
- Conduct code reviews on ETL code generated by the development team and provide support in resolving issues
- Address break-fix issues and ongoing development tasks, including reviewing and inspecting production modifications
- Design and implement automated ETL processes and architecture
- Diagnose environmental issues impacting core components, including the Metadata Hub (MDH) and Operational Console
- Collaborate with teams to interpret business and technical requirements
- Apply and enforce best practices related to data auditing, scalability, reliability, and application performance
- Lead technical requirement gathering and design discussions
- Engage within an Enterprise environment with cross-team collaboration

In this dedicated role, you will primarily manage all administrative tasks for the Ab Initio ETL tool and spearhead the migration of our Ab Initio infrastructure to the cloud.
