Requirements
Must:
- At least 10 years of professional experience with the Salesforce platform
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agentforce
- Proven experience in crafting enterprise-level Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, integration strategies (including MuleSoft and APIs), and real-time data streaming
- Experience in deploying AI-powered solutions through Einstein for automation, personalization, and predictive insights
- Demonstrated capability in designing intelligent agent experiences using Agentforce and related tools
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g. Application Architect, System Architect) highly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with regulated industries (such as Life Sciences and Healthcare) is a plus
- Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, including source control (Git), CI/CD tools, and automated testing frameworks
- Awareness of third-party tools and AppExchange packages that augment Salesforce functionality
Responsibilities
- Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, emphasizing Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agentforce
- Convert business requirements into scalable technical designs that adhere to enterprise architecture principles and best practices
- Establish data models, integration strategies, and AI-driven automation frameworks to improve customer and agent experiences
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to drive the creation of innovative, user-focused Salesforce applications
- Provide architectural direction and governance for Salesforce development and configuration efforts
- Maintain system integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations
- Keep current with Salesforce platform advancements and recommend avenues for continuous improvement
- Mentor and coach development teams on Salesforce best practices, including CI/CD, performance enhancement, and data quality management
